INGREDIENTS

| 1 | ts | Baking soda |
| 2 | ts | Baking powder |

| 1 | c | Butter |
| 1 1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
| 1 | c | Sugar |
| 3 | tb | Pumpkin pie spice |
| 2 | ts | Vanilla |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 3 | tb | Molasses |
| 1 1/4 | c | Pumpkin |
| 1/2 | c | Buttermilk |
| 1 | c | Butter |
| 10 | tb | Marshmallow cream; heaping |
| 1 | c | Powdered sugar |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla |
INSTRUCTIONS
FILLING Preheat oven to 350° Combine cookie ingredients and drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes and cool completely. Beat filling ingredients together and sandwich between 2 cooled cookies. Wrap with plastic wrap. NOTES : I use crisco icing for filling.
