Unsalted butter, softened |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine cranberries with sugar in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat 10
minutes or until berries have popped and mixture forms a sauce. Cool.
Blend cranberry mixture into softened butter with wooden spoon. Pack into
crocks or molds. Chill. Makes three cups.
