INGREDIENTS

1 lb Walnuts
1 lb Honey
1/2 lb Almonds
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Ginger or
1 ts Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring honey and sugar to a boil until the soft ball stage is reached. Add
flavouring. Put on a wet board, flatten to 1/4-inch thickness. When cool,
cut in diamond shapes.
