INSTRUCTIONS
Spread bread crumbs lightly over bottom of pie crust. Saute onion in butter
until golden. Add shrimp & saute very quickly. Put onions & shrimp in pie
crust. Mix eggs, cream, salt, nutmeg & cayenne until lightly blended. Add
chopped pimento & pour over shrimp & onion. Bake at 350 for about 30-40
minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Combine
Gruyere & sour cream & pour over baked pie, place until broiler until
bubbly.
