INSTRUCTIONS
SAute onion until tender. Place bacon, onion and cheeses in pie shell.
Blend together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in quiche
shell. Bake at 375°F. for 45 minutes, or until mixture is firm and light
brown.
