INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg; blend well. Form dough into 1-inch balls. Place 1-1/2 to 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Using a fork, press a crisscross pattern into dough. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
