INGREDIENTS

Tuna, drained | ||
19 | oz | 540ml romano beans rinsed |
And drained | ||
1/2 | c | Thinly sliced or diced red |
Onion | ||
2 | Italian plum tomatoes in | |
Wedges | ||
1/2 | c | Sliced black olives |
2 | T | Lemon juice |
2 | T | Fresh parsley, finely chopped |
1 | T | Olive oil |
INSTRUCTIONS
Break up tuna fish and combine with beans, onions, tomatoes and olives. In separate bowl whisk together lemon juice, parsley and oil. Pour over mixture. Toss to coat and serve.
