INGREDIENTS
1/3 | c | Butter, divided |
2/3 | c | Chopped diamond walnuts |
1 | Blueberry muffin mix 13 oz | |
1/3 | c | Granulated sugar |
3/4 | t | Pumpkin pie spice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a small skillet. Add walnuts and saute lightly a few minutes; set aside. Prepare muffin mix according to package, adding the sauteed walnuts. Spoon into small greased muffin pans; bake as directed. Remove from pans and dip each muffin in remaining melted butter, then roll in mixture of sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Serve hot.
