INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef
1/3 c Onion, chopped
1 T Chili powder
10 oz Frozen whole kernel corn
1 c Green pepper, diced
15 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 c Water
1 c Minute rice
1 c Cheddar cheese, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Add spices, corn, green
pepper, tomato sauce and water. Cover and bring to a full boil,
stirring occasionally. Stir in rice; reduce heat, cover and simmer  for
