Ingredients: 1/2 Stick butter; 3/4 c Milk; 2 c Flour; 1 tb Sugar; 2 pk Quick-rising yeast; 1 Egg

INGREDIENTS

1/2		Stick butter
3/4	c	Milk
2	c	Flour
1	tb	Sugar
2	pk	Quick-rising yeast
1		Egg

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat butter and milk to 120 degrees. Mix flour, sugar and yeast. Add egg
and heated butter and milk. Stir well. Let rise 30-45 minutes. Preheat oven
to 375 degrees. Spoon dough into buttered muffin tins. Let rise 15 minutes
more. Bake for 15 minutes.
