Ingredients: 1 1/2 c S.r. flour; 2 Eggs; 1/2 c Castor (granulated) sugar; 1/4 c Milk; 1 pn Salt; 1/2 ts Vanilla; 90 g Softened butter

Sift dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients. Beat on med. speed 3 mins.
Drop heaped tsp. of mixture into deep greased patty tins.  Bake in mod.
oven 12-15 mins. Ice with favourite icing and dip in "Hundred & Thousands".
