INSTRUCTIONS
Place everything except the beef and oil into a blender and whiz until smooth. Add to the meat and mix well. You can leave this mixture overnight if you wish to improve the flavour but it is almost as good immediately if you are in a hurry. Place oil into a stainless steel frypan and heat to smoking hot. Add mince in spoonfuls and cook through quickly. Remove from heat and place in a bowl, garnish with fresh chopped coriander and roasted peanuts. To serve, place a spoonful of the mince into a lettuce leaf, sprinkle with chopped peanuts, roll up and eat. Make sure you have plenty of napkins handy! Converted by MC_Buster.
