INGREDIENTS

4 Rainbow Trout, 4 oz. each
1/4 c Lime Juice
1 T Oriental Sesame Oil
Mayonnaise:
3 T Regular or Light Mayonnaise
5 t Green Onions, thinly sliced
1 t Ginger
peeled & finely minced
1 t Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 t Soy Sauce
1/8 t Oriental Sesame Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate trout. Combine mayonnaise ingredients; refrigerate. Cook
trout. Serve immediately with mayonnaise. Makes 2 to 4 servings.  File
