INSTRUCTIONS
Combine flour, baking soda, and spices. Mix Butter Buds with hot water and add to flour mixture; mix in brown sugar. Beat egg whites and add vanilla. Gradually add flour, oats, and raisins while stirring. Drop spoonfuls of dough about 2: apart ontio baking sheets sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 8-9 minutes.
