1 tb Chopped fresh ginger
2 Garlic cloves; finely chopped
1 1/2 ts Sugar
1/4 ts Mustard seeds
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c White wine vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until
finely chopped.
2. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
