Ramps, cut fine |

Salt, to taste |
|

Ham Pieces |

Vinegar |

Hard-Boiled Eggs, sliced |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook West Virginia mountain ramps until tender, but do not parboil. Season
with salt, ham fryings, and vinegar. Garnish with sliced, hard-cooked eggs.
Serve warm as a salad.
