INGREDIENTS
1 | lb | Ground beef or ground turkey |
1 | Onion, diced | |
2 | 10.5-oz condensed | |
vegetable beef soup | ||
2 | T | Chili powder |
3 | c | Hot cooked brown rice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook beef and onion in large skillet about 5 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring to crumble beef. Add condensed soup and chili powder; simmer about 10 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
