INSTRUCTIONS
Cook spinach as directed on package, drain liquid & add enough water to
make 1 cup (save liquid). Brown beef with onion & garlic in 1 Tbs oil. Add
spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt & pepper to meat mixture
& simmer 10 minutes. Boil macaroni just until tender; drain & combine with
bread, eggs, reserved liquid & oil plus the spinach. Spread in a 9x13-inch
baking pan & cover with meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let stand
10 minutes before cutting into squares.
