INGREDIENTS

500 g Ravioli, your choice
30 g Butter
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
125 g Button mushrooms, halved
125 g Green beans, cut into 1cm
Lengths
125 g Cherry tomatoes, quartered
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Grated parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook ravioli in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet
directions. Drain, set aside and keep warm. Melt butter in a large
frying pan. Cook garlic and mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes. Add beans
and tomatoes, season to taste with black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes
longer. Add ravioli and parmesan cheese to pan and toss to combine.
