INSTRUCTIONS
Dredge chicken pieces with flour. I used more than the recipe called for
and placed all the pieces in a plastic bag. Shake to coat. Pour in 2 - 3
Tbsp olive oil into hot wok using more as needed. Put chicken pieces in wok
on high and quickly fry till outside is browned and inside is still tender.
Mix lemon juice, garlic, (I use the kind that comes in a jar) salt and
pepper and pour over chicken after chicken is already browned. Stir until
lemon mixture disappears.
Serve with rice and other cooked vegetables. Posted to TNT - Prodigy's
