INGREDIENTS

1 c Ground bell pepper
3/4 c Ground hot peppers
6 1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Cider vinegar
1 Bottle Certo
1/4 Tea green food color (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove seeds from peppers, grind and save juice.  Measure ground peppers
with juice.  Bring sugar, vinegar and peppers to rolling boil. Boil for 10
mins.  Remove from heat.  Add Certo and food color.  Pour into sterilized
jars.
