INGREDIENTS

1 Bag egg noodles or no yolk noodles
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Oil (more for a richer taste)
2 Apples, depending on the size, peeled and diced (up to 5)
1/2 c Sugar
Cinnamon to taste
1 pn Nutmeg (optional)
4 Eggs -or-
6 Egg whites

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil noodles according to package directions. (about 10 minutes) Add salt
and oil. Add apples, sugar, and spices. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, and
add to mixture. Bake in greased (or sprayed with non-stick spray) pan at
350    degrees until golden brown.
