INGREDIENTS

2 qt Red cabbage — cored &
Shredded
3 Whole red onions — sliced
3 Whole large bell peppers —
Chopped
1 pt Vinegar
2 c Sugar
1 tb Salt
1 tb Celery seed
1 tb Yellow mustard
1/3 tb Turmeric

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine red cabbage, onions and bell peppers in a large ceramic bowl. Bring
vinegar to a boil, remove from heat, and stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour over cabbage mixture. Cover and chill overnight.
