INGREDIENTS

1 c Heavy cream
1/4 c Tart red currant jelly

INSTRUCTIONS

Whip cream until stiff. With a fork, stir the jelly until it is broken up
into small pieces. Fold into the cream. Serve with Southern Sweet Potato
Pudding.
