Name: Red Fruits En Papillote with Jersey Cream
Ingredients: 200 g Strawberries; (7oz); 200 g Raspberries; (7oz); 200 g Red/black currents; (7oz); Caster sugar to taste; 4 tb Kirsch; (50ml); Greaseproof paper; 1 250 millilit jersey cream; (9fl oz)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and leave for 5 minutes. Then
divide into 4 greaseproof parcels and bake at 200&deg;C/400&deg;F/gas mark 6 for 20
minutes. Serve with plenty of cream.
