Bake the potatoes until the center is done. Cool them in the refrigerator
Cut them in half and with a spoon, scoop out the center. Put the centers
in a bowl Mix in
: Green onions (cut in small pieces), Sour cream, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan
cheese, -the cheeses can be placed in whole pieces on top of the potato at
the end if you want. Scoop the mix back into the potato shell. Here is
when you can lay the whole pices of cheese on top of the mix on the potato
Bake the potatoes until the cheese is melted and brown
