INGREDIENTS

1 | c | Soy sauce |
1/2 | c | Water |
1 | cup sherry |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut pork in slices 2 inches thick, then in strips 6 inches long and 2 inches wide. Place in a heavy pan with soy sauce and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer, covered, 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.
