INGREDIENTS
2 | Red snapper fillets | |
2 | T | Rasberry flavored cassis |
1/2 | c | Sliced almonds |
1/2 | c | Mandarin oranges |
1/2 | c | Fresh raspberries |
2 | T | Unsalted butter |
1 | T | Sunflower oil |
1 | oz | White wine |
1 | t | Garlic powder |

INSTRUCTIONS
How To Prepare: Heat butter and oil in a copper skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat the fillets with flour, place in skillet and sprinkle with white wine. In a sauce pan heat butter and garlic powder over a low flame. Add almonds, mix and set aside. Cook fillets over medium flame for two minutes on each side until brown. When done, place the fillets on a plate with rasberry cassis and sprinkle almonds on top. Place fillets under a broiler for a few seconds. Decorate with mandarin oranges and raspberries.
