INGREDIENTS

1/4 | c | Finely chopped fresh oregano |

1/4 | c | Dry red wine |
3 | T | Soy sauce |
1 | T | Extra-virgin olive oil |
1 | T | Red wine vinegar |
INSTRUCTIONS
In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend well. Pour mixture over lamb chops, beef steak, or lamb or beef cubes for kabobs. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.
