INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Shortening
1 Egg
1 c Buttermilk
1 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
2 c Finely chopped rhubarb
1 tb Butter
1 tb Cinnamon
1/2 c Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

CAKE
TOPPING
Mix everything except the rhubarb together in a large bowl. Stir in
rhubarb. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Combine topping and sprinkle over batter.
Bake in preheated oven at 350.F for 30-35 minutes.
