Here's a couple of my favorite rhubarb recipes. They are easy and fast.
They are great recipes for kids to do because there really is no way to
ruin them. I made up the 2nd recipe because we needed a dessert for
company. The kids ended up eating most of it! I would love any comments on
the cake- whether you liked it or not.
throw all ingrediants into a bowl and mix til most lumps are gone. put
chopped rhubarb in 9 x 9 greased pan. Pour batter over. bake in preheated
oven for 35-40 minutes @ 375 degrees F.
