INGREDIENTS

1 c Flour
1/2 c Butter or marg.
5 tb Confectioners sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Sugar
3 c Chopped rhubarb
1/4 c Flour
3/4 ts Salt (+ or -)

INSTRUCTIONS

Vegetable spray bottom of 9 X 9 pan and then pat the first 3 ingredients in
it. Bake 15 minutes @350. Beat eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients.
Bake another 35 minutes or more. Jiggle to make sure it's set. Top with
coolwhip or ice cream. Be sure to refrigerate your left overs (if there are
any!!)
