2 | T | Worcestershire sauce |

2 | Chopped carrots | |
2 | Chopped celery stalks | |
1 | Bay leaf | |
1 | c | Red wine |
1 | c | Water |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 325. Mix flour, mustard & seasonings. Rub into roast. Place in pan. Pour worcestershire sauce over. Surround meat with vegetables, bay leaf & pour in wine & water. Place in oven.
