INGREDIENTS

2 c Rice
1/2 up to
1 lb Peas
3 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash raw rice as for "Basic Boiled Rice #1" (see recipe), and place  in
a pan. Shell green peas and mix with rice to distribute them. Then  add
water. Cook as in "Basic Boiled Rice #1". Let pot stand, covered,  10
