INGREDIENTS

1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Green onion; (including tops)
1 Cucumber
3 Gloves of garlic; (minced)
2 tb Soy Sauce
1 ts Honey
1/4 ts Ginger
2 c Cooked rice; (any kind, brown, white, basitmi)

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute all veggies together in skillet (water, or 2 teaspoon of olive oil)
until tender. Add soy sauce, honey and ginger then add rice.*
*I eat seafood so I sauteed my shirmp (about 15 medium) with the veggies.
