1/2 | lb | Fresh mushrooms, Sliced |
4 | c | Vegetable broth |
1/2 | c | Slivered almonds |
1/4 | c | Parsley, finely chopped |

INSTRUCTIONS
SAUTE onoins, pepper and mushrooms in small amount of oil. ADD rice, barley, wheat and soy grits and brown lightly.
