INGREDIENTS

1 | c | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 | Egg, beaten | |
1 | T | Butter or margarine |
1/2 | lb | Sausage or ground beef or |

1 | Onion, diced | |
1/2 | Green pepper, chopped | |

Salt and pepper, to taste | ||
1 | c | Tomato paste |
3 | T | Water |
Oregano, to taste | ||
Mozzarella cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the crust: Preheat the oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients together and place in a round baking dish or pizza pan; press the dough with a fork until 1/4" thick. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool. Prepare the topping: Mix tomato paste and water; set aside. Cook the meat with onion over medium heat, until meat is brown. Remove from heat; add peppers and S&P. When crust is cool, evely spread the tomato paste mixture and sprinkle with oregano. Spread with the meat filling; top with Mozzarella. Bake at 350F, till cheese is melted.
