INGREDIENTS

2 c Cooked rice
1 pk Frozen chopped Broccoli (cooked according to directions)
2 tb Margarine:
1/2 c Diced onion
1/4 c Diced celery 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz or 1 c. cubed Velveeta Cheese
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
2 c Cubed cooked turkey or chicken (can also use Shrimp or Ham) small jar of chopped pimentos
3 Eggs (beaten slightly)
3 tb Water
1 ts Salt
3 c Flour

NOODLES
Saute part "B" in margarine. Combine all ingredients and place in
casserole. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This dish freezes well.
NOODLES: Beat eggs just till foamy. Add water and salt. Add flour little at
a time to a soft dough. Roll out (the secret to noodles is to roll them
thin). Let dry (1/2 hour to 2 hours - depending on humidity) till edges
start to curl. Cut in 3" strip. Stack and cut about 1/4" wide. Spread out
and let noodles continue to dry.
