1 | 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz or 1 | |
c. cubed Velveeta Cheese | ||

2 | c | Cubed cooked turkey or |
chicken can also use | ||
Shrimp or Ham small jar | ||
of | ||
chopped pimentos | ||
3 | Eggs, beaten slightly | |

1 | t | Salt |
3 | c | Flour |
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute part "B" in margarine. Combine all ingredients and place in casserole. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This dish freezes well. NOODLES: Beat eggs just till foamy. Add water and salt. Add flour little at a time to a soft dough. Roll out (the secret to noodles is to roll them thin). Let dry (1/2 hour to 2 hours - depending on humidity) till edges start to curl. Cut in 3" strip. Stack and cut about 1/4" wide. Spread out and let noodles continue to dry.
