INSTRUCTIONS
In skillet over medium-high heat, cook Spam and bell peppers 7 to 10
minutes or until browned. Add corn. Cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes longer or
until corn is tender.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk together oil, salsa, and vinegar. Serve
warm Spam mixture on rice. Drizzle with salsa mixture.
