INSTRUCTIONS
Place Bifun in a large bowl and pour boiling water to cover. Cover with
plate and let sit until soft, about 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly and place
in salad bowl. Toss in the cabbage, snow peas, pepper and sprouts.
In a food processor, prepare the dressing by blending all of the remaining
ingredients except Tamari.
Pour the dressing over the noodles and toss. Add Tamari to taste.
