Meats Rice 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 c Uncooked rice
2 1/2 c Chicken broth
1 ts Seasoned salt
1/4 c Melted butter
1/2 c Green pepper; slivered
1/2 c Green onions w/tops; chopped
3 tb Diced pimiento

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook rice in broth with seasoned salt. Saute onions and pepper in butter
until tender. Add rice. Add pimiento and serve.
