INSTRUCTIONS
Heat 2 cups water to boiling. Stir in rice, salt, raisins and margarine.
Lower heat, cover and cook 45 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix dry milk aod
sugar. Mix in 1 cup warm water until smooth. Add milk mixture and vanilla
to rice. Stir over low heat until hot. Cool to thicken. Serves 6.
