Ingredients: 2 c Rice -- cooked; 5 Eggs; 1 c Sugar; 1/4 c Butter; or oleo -- melted; 2 c Milk; 1 ts Vanilla; 1/4 ts Nutmeg; 1/2 c Raisins -- optional

INGREDIENTS

2	c	Rice — cooked
5		Eggs
1	c	Sugar
1/4	c	Butter; or oleo — melted
2	c	Milk
1	ts	Vanilla
1/4	ts	Nutmeg
1/2	c	Raisins — optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs; add sugar, butter, milk, vanilla and nutmeg.  Add rice and
raisins if desired and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350
