INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Onion; chopped
1 c Broccoli; chopped
1 tb Butter or margarine
2 c Cooked rice
1 cn Whole kernel corn; (8 ounce)
1 cn Tomatoes; (16 ounce) drained and chopped
12 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Oregano
6 minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS

Place onion, broccoli and butter in a 2 quart casserole. Cover. Microwave
at high (100%) until broccoli is crisp tender, and onions are opaque, 5 to

Cover. Microwave at medium high (70%) until heated through, 7 to 8 minutes.
