INSTRUCTIONS
1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over moderate heat.
2. Add the rice and stir to coat.
3. Add the water and broth, bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 20 minutes or until all liquid is
absorbed.
5. Remove saucepan from heat, stir in in almonds, raisins, salt and pepper.
6. Divide rice among the freezable containers. Let cool.
