INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium saucepan, combine stock, soya sauce, ginger and garlic; bring
to a boil. Stir in rice; reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20
minutes or until rice is just tender.
Add snow peas, red pepper and green onions. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes
more or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in sesame oil, if using.
