INSTRUCTIONS
Spread 2 slices of your favorite bread (preferably homemade) with as much
peanut butter as you like. Slather both slices of bread. On one side, on
top of peanut butter, place slices of chipotle. Put sandwich together,
slice diagonally.
Serve with your favorite fruit salsa.
Your choice of creamy or crunchy but mine was definitely Reese's Peanut
Butter - creamy. It was also good with a combination of peanut butter and
soynut butter.
