INSTRUCTIONS

pistachio ice cream
Place 2 peach halves in each of 8 sherbet glasses. Melt 2/3 c raspberry
jelly; pour over peaches. Chill 3 hours. Just before serving, top each
serving with 1 scoop pistachio ice cream.
