INGREDIENTS

2 tb Fat-Free Mayonnaise
1 tb Dijon Mustard
1/4 ts Pepper
2 Hamburger Buns; Sliced
2 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
4 sl Tomato
4 sl Green Pepper
4 sl Red Onion
4 oz Thinly Sliced Lean Roast Beef
2 tb Crumbled Bleu Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and pepper, and stir well; spread on cut sides
of sandwich buns. Line the bottom half of each sandwich bun with a lettuce
leaf; top each with tomato slices, bell pepper, onion slices, roast beef,
blue cheese, and top halves of buns.
